If you've ever been wary of having a token you're invested in pull the rug from underneath you then this is a great resource to use which assesses the risk of this occurring on various tokens. They have details explaining how their Risk Rating system works and even have a DeFi Wiki here.

DeFi Safety

DeFi Safety is an independent ratings organization that evaluates Decentralized Finance products to produce an overarching security score based on transparency and adherence to best practices.

DeFi Watch

DeFi Watch is like the neighbourhood watch for DeFi and its stated objective is to make sure that users know about dangerous or reckless code before they drop their money into it and they have a growing list of reviews they have done so far.

Rekt

Rekt reports on hacks across all crypto projects & gives a great breakdown of how each hack occurred. Always worth a check before buying in to a project.

Immunefi is Web3's leading bug bounty platform, protecting $100 billion in user funds. They have projects for hackers to look at and are trusted by some of the biggest protocols in DeFi including Synthetix, SushiSwap and Chainlink.
